Always had a good experience with them. Sometimes you have to call multiple times to reach someone but I completely understand that. Usually when I'm purchasing from them it is the busy season.

Bought plants here for years until this new batch of lazy family members took it over. They will no longer sell to the public. I guess it's just too "hard" to actually deal with people.
