Went to buy sod grass Friday afternoon. Called and no answer. Mail box full. Drove up there. Absolutely no customers there. 2 girls huddled over thier phones and didn't even know I was standing there. I asked do you have sod. Didn't speak a word of English. Blank stare. Did you get a "delivery of fresh sod every Thursday" as the sign on the fence says. "Uh yes, uh no" . What a waste of time. HGC are your sales down?? I've got the answer for that. What a waste of prime real-estate.

The service is a joke
No one wants to help you and if you ask they send you to another person and then another one and so on
And the manager has no clue what he has or in no way any help to busy clean his fingernails to talk to you
That place is a joke !!!!!

Never answer their phones!!!! Very annoying. Why do they have telephones if they don't answer them? I do purchase plants here from time to time and I do know that the workers know nothing about plants so I don't ask them.
