Back in approx. 2019 i was looking for a specific tree - a red maple, as a centerpiece for the front of my house. I called several nurseries around the houston area and Frank's said they had them. I went there and was taken to see the "red" maple. It was during a season when the leaves were mostly fallen off, so I went ahead and bought it and had it planted. Once the spring time came, guess what, it was a regular green maple. Thanks, Frank's! Never going to buy from here again.

SHOUT OUT TO Rafael! I called to clarify the best time to fertilize, differences between 13-13-13, Nitro Phos 8-12-16 Fall special and Procare Lawn Care. Rafael was very patient, listened to each question without talking over me like people do these days. He was polite, professional and made sure to address each of my questions and offered to have the owner follow-up with me if needed. I believe in giving credit and wanted to acknowledge the (Excellent Customer Experience) I received from Rafael. Too bad I cannot say the same about Haley at Cornelius Nursery who refused to allow me to speak with a gardener, placed me on extended hold, told me that she does it all and appeared to be reading from a script.
