Mitchell was very professional and did a wonderful job on my motherinlaws memorial display. The flowers were beautiful and even smelled nice, unlike some florist flowers that have no smell or smell chemically. He was upfront that he had never done a bear or a creation memorial before, but as you can see they turned out beautiful.
Richmond road location has moved to 7801 N Stateline Ave
I called to order flower arrangements and was told it would be ready when I got off work. What I wasn't told is that this location is closed. After driving fifteen miles out of my way to where their actual location is and informing them of what happened I was met with indifferent fake smiles. Not an offer for a discount, not a reassurance that that their information would be updated to keep this from happening to other people, not even an insincere apology, just a matter-of-fact "now you know where we are".
Really nice people, I enjoy doing business with them.
