AAA++ Place.. got there at 11am, ..they checked me in AND GAVE ME BOLS ALREADY.. Then start rolling all 44 plant carts in trailer.. out by 11.45am cant get any better with a FULL LOAD of Plants, this guys mean business!! Date 061726
My loading process was quick and easy. There aren't many procedures for loading here. Just go into the office to check in, go to the loading ramp, and load. There are two or three storage units to the side; if you're going to another building, you can stop at this address and ask where they'll load your truck.

For truck drivers, they have several buildings so whatever address you have for pickup might be the wrong place so good luck on your guess, each one is small in and out and tight especially if other trucks there so check in process is terrible especially the building I finally found where my pickup was absolutely no signs for drivers to enter anywhere it’s by dock 6/5 and then 2pm appointment I arrive a little early and was told the product is not ready for 3 hours so sat in door for 4.5 hours and went back in and asked when they were gonna start loading and they were waiting still on one more box. They don’t value truck drivers here or their time hope to not come back here again and we’ll see if I make delivery on time when I finally get out of here and get a few hours left on my clock to drive and then park. Why schedule appointments when you don’t have the product? Truckers have government mandated logs we have to abide by so aside from sitting all day to get loaded being frustrating we can only extend our clocks so much and then the government shuts us down so this company needs to be more mindful and respectful of truck drivers.
