Ordered four red rocket crape myrtles, arrived healthy, and followed instructions for planting and watering but soon all four completely died. I've planted several other trees bought other places and all thrive but these four.

This was my first time ordering, and I certainly will again if I need more plants! Before I placed my order, I had a couple of questions (I'm not an experienced gardener.) I texted Clint one morning asking when would a convenient time for me to call. He replied immediately, "How about now?" He was very friendly and helped me make my choices. I left that conversation feeling good about the whole situation. That same day I recieved notification they had shipped and a tracking number. They arrived on time, and when I opened the box I was pleasantly surprised with the size and health of the plants. If I recall correctly, they were advertised to be between 6-12 inches tall, he over-delivered. The smallest one was still at least 12 inches, and they looked very healthy. They were well packaged and handled transportation just fine. The close up picture is representative of all 16 plants. The wide angle shots are too far away to see the plants, but the white flags are marking them. The intention is to have two sections of "wall" about 50' each at the edge of my yard. I can't think of a single thing that would've made this transaction any better. Thanks for the plants!
