Customer service is very much lacking at this garden shop. If you are in the market for landscaping items I would definitely choose a different nursery. We experienced many staff sit there watch us haul and load 50 bushes and a tree with no offer of assistance, when asked where a certain item was located the directions were given in the form of “over there”. And when paying for our items the staff miscounted twice so watch what they charge you at check out.
The staff not only helped me pick out four beautiful semi-dwarf fruit trees, but they also managed to fit all four into my Tesla Model 3 without damaging a single tree. Very impressive! Amazing service!
I had such a positive experience at Thrive Nursery today. Juan and David were so nice and helpful. They knew so much and answered my questions. This will be my go to nursery from now on. Thanks!
