About the Nursery

Wholesale Horticultural Nursery Supplier. Top products: Petunias, Vinca, Zinnias, Perennials, Zonal Geraniums. Allan Plant Company, Inc. is an established horticultural nursery operating since 1976, marking nearly five decades of professional plant production. The company functions primarily as a wholesale supplier, catering to industry professionals through a consignment-based business model that manages seasonal inventory risks for its clients. Their diverse product catalog features a wide array of annuals, including Petunias, Vinca, Zinnias, and Celosia, alongside a selection of perennials like Foxglove and Rudbeckia. The nursery utilizes consistent cultivation practices to ensure high-quality, blooming plant material suitable for retail garden centers and professional landscapers. By offering a consignment-based inventory system, they provide a unique supply chain solution that allows partners to stock seasonal color without upfront capital investment until the point of sale. Their operations are strictly oriented toward wholesale distribution, requiring approved status for digital ordering, and they maintain a focus on seasonal variety to meet the fluctuating demands of the horticultural market.

This is the second year we’ve purchased our garden starts from them. They have so many amazing varieties. And all of their employees are so nice and helpful. It’s a joy to shop here. Will definitely keep coming back here.

Very inconsiderate and rude. I had no idea they closed at 2. I came to look at flowers and did not see the gate closing. The gate closed on my car. I now have a huge dent and scratch and they refused to do anything. They were very rude saying I was trying to stay after closing and beat the gate. Then they proceeded to tell me all about how long they have to stay in the sun. I apologized but they continued to be very rude. 0/10 experience would never go here again. They had to reopen the gate to let out customers so in hindsight they should have left it open. It was 2:05 when this happened. I’m pretty positive they shut the gate on purpose on my car.

It's starting to look like spring. Strawberries 🍓 are planted. Pansies are blooming and smell amazing.

I have been to a few local nurseries, but I hadn't heard of this one. My son recommended we give it a try after moving to North Ogden. The selection was incredible, and everyone was so helpful. It’s hidden gem for plant lovers. We bought our entire garden from this family-owned nursery, and we’ll be back next year for more.

I hate to leave a review because I don’t want anyone else to use them but I will for them. This is a family owned and run business. They are the nicest people you’ll ever want to meet. The products and service are top notch. Our daughter took us to the nursery today 5-25-2024 and I’m so grateful that she did.
