First let me say the store had an amazing wide variety of good plants.. few spider mites here and there. But that's to be expected with lots of plants. I am very versed in treat and isolate new plants. So no complaints there. I found the plant I was looking for. The reason for the low star review. The customer service was absolutely terrible. 1 star for the customer service. Three girls stood behind the wall chit chatting at a table. Thier backs were to the customer. They were gossiping like giddy school girls. They ignored the fact a customer was standing at the register to check out. With $100 worth of items on the table. I stood there for a few seeing what they would do. Even had time to take a picture and video of the way they were acting. That behavior is highly unacceptable around customers who are trying to spend money. Leave the gossiping for lunch or break. With three people at least 1 should have been paying attention to the customer. As you can see form the picture back to the customer not paying attention. Work on your customer service.
