REWILD

I am disappointed by my experience today. I drove about 20 minutes to visit after seeing so many positive reviews. The plants were beautiful and reasonably priced, which made me excited to shop there. Unfortunately, the customer service did not match the reviews. As someone who is new to plant care, I had a few questions, and the woman working around 4:00 PM on Wednesday, June 24 seemed very disinterested and unwilling to help. The interaction that ultimately made me leave happened at checkout. I realized I had forgotten my wallet in my car and politely explained that I would be right back. Her response felt annoyed and dismissive, and she appeared to roll her eyes. There was only one other customer in the store, so the reaction caught me off guard. I was nothing but friendly and respectful throughout my visit, so I left feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. By the time I got back to my car, I no longer felt like returning to complete my purchase. The plants themselves were lovely, but customer service is a big part of the overall experience, and unfortunately that was lacking during my visit. EDITED: I wanted to update my review because REWILD went above and beyond to make things right. They reached out after my original review and gave me a gift card, so I decided to stop by again. I’m happy to say I had a completely different experience this time. The same employee I had originally complained about was working, and she was more than helpful. She was kind, attentive, and made my visit enjoyable. I may have jut caught her in an off moment or simply been having a bad day when I first visited I really appreciate the way the owner handled the situation and their commitment to customer service. It says a lot about a business when they take feedback seriously and make an effort to make things right. I’m glad I gave them another chance. :)

Rewild never disappoints anyone! It’s the best place to go when it comes to plants. The staff here genuinely love plants and are so knowledgeable about them! I bought lots of plants from them and attended workshops. The conversations are always so helpful and informative. It might be a bit pricey compared to the grocery store, but the service and after-purchase care are just phenomenal!

I had a wonderful experience at this plant shop! The store is beautifully decorated with an amazing variety of plants and flowers, creating such a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. A special thank you to Kacey, who was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. They took the time to explain which plants are pet-safe and which ones can be toxic to cats, which was extremely valuable for us as pet owners. It was clear they genuinely cared about helping us find the right plants for our home.I highly recommend stopping by if you're looking for beautiful plants and a friendly, informative shopping experience!

If I could leave 10 stars I would! I have been on the hunt for a book that my daughter needs for school next year without any success. I found it finally at this shop! They have been so helpful via email and went above and beyond to hold a copy so a friend could pick it up. I wish I lived closer so I could go check out the plants in person, so whoever is reading this will have to go for me.

We love Rewild! Location is cozy and friendly, but most of all they have a ton of knowledge and are beyond helpful. I genuinely enjoy talking with the staff here, love the care advice and instructions that are tailored to the specific plant you’re buying, not just the general needs. Love that they deliver, super helpful for those of us with big green dreams and no car. If you have a sick plant or challenges, they’ll work with you regardless of if it was bought there.
