Cross Creek Nursery & Landscaping Midlothian

On 6 June 2026, I drove over 50 miles from my home in Prince George County, VA to purchase 2 Emerald Green Arborvitaes at the Cross Creek Nursery in Rockville, VA. Tanya told me where to find the Arborvitaes, met me there, answered all of my questions, and after I selected 2 beautiful, healthy 5-6’ balled & burlapped trees, she single-handedly dug up those 2 large trees with a shovel! This was no easy task considering a large forklift was needed to load them into my truck. Once they were loaded, Tanya didn’t stop there, she climbed into the bed of my truck, and with the help of a fellow employee, maneuvered the trees into a position that was safe for my drive home. I am a senior citizen, have lived in 7 US states and 3 overseas countries, and I was truly amazed at what she did and fact that she did it in such a pleasant, confident and professional manner. She is a leader and Cross Creek Nursery is extremely fortunate to have employees like Tanya.

We cannot say enough about our positive experience with cross creek throughout our wedding process! Wendy was INCREDIBLE to work with. She was kind, engaged, attentive and boy did she create the most BEAUTIFUL bouquets for our wedding. 10/10 would recommend. Thank you Wendy!!

I didn’t post this before! Oops! So I have multiple reviews in one. Obviously we really like Cross Creek! Austin and the crew added new mulch and new stone areas to our yard in Brandermill in the spring of ‘26 and it looks fabulous. In the last few days Jorge and his crew came out to prune, do some replanting and added larger stones to the backyard. Super nice people who work hard to make you happy. In the fall of ‘25 Cross Creek planted a lot of young holly trees in our backyard which we love. Designer Bradley is awesome. He is a very grounded and knowledgeable person. Thank you Cross Creek!

I was very pleased with the landscaping work done by Cross Creek at our home. They cleaned out all of our flower beds, trimmed our bushes, planted some new bushes and mulched all the flower beds. It is the best landscaping work I have had done. All of the workers were considerate and I was kept informed as the job was completed to my specifications. Thank you Cross Creek for a job well done.
