Did a backyard project , due to Covid and short supply the first set of junipers they planted were already brown going into the ground, but landscape artist was hopeful they would take, they didn’t so we had them replaced, those didn’t look great either and eventually died but they won’t replace again even though the first product was sub par, I should not have let them plant them off the truck. they won’t answer messages or call us back after they assured me we were on the schedule for the manager to get in touch with us, this was last spring/summer and they never did contact us and I can’t get them on the phone. I will say we enjoyed working w their landscape architect and she did a great job, but bad product and long term customer service. We had another local nursery try to help us, but seems they are not salvageable
