Good selection and knowledgeable staff!

Terrible customer service. Every plant I purchased from this location died. Only certain plants I purchased came with a warranty and I was told I needed my receipt then when I found my receipt I was told they could looked me up by the loyalty card. I will never buy plants from McDonald's Garden Center ever again. The plants I purchased from Home Depot are still alive with the exception of the annuals which I knew would not come back and I planted them on the same day as the ones purchased from here.

I love this store and look forward to its opening every year around my birthday - it’s where I spend my birthday Garden Rewards (and then some!) The staff is super helpful and polite. They greet me and let me shop in quiet, without the annoying forced interactions and interruptions that other retailers seem to pride themselves on. It is clear they are happy where they work, have a nice camaraderie, and are always quick to help. They are knowledgeable, too! I’ve learned so much about my plants from them, and I’ve taken some surprising risks because they gave me the confidence and education to try some plants I’ve always been interested in. I’m headed back tomorrow for a hanging plant stand that my friend just posted on social media. Please keep this location forever!

I’m a fairly new home owner with a backyard. Your team on Little Creek Road at East Beach are simply amazing. Ruth, Avery, and Alex have been incredibly kind and helpful. I’ll be back again next year and of course before you close shop next week. Thank you!
