This might easily be Salem's best kept secret. Walking in was like walking into paradise. My stress level plummeted as soon as I walked in and all I felt was inspiration. Tell your friends.

This place is amazing. Owner and the staff are super knowledgeable and you can tell every plant is well taken care of. They perform amazingly well every single year - year after year. No, they won't tolerate your children throwing rocks at their fish but they'll surely tell you how to care for and maintain anything you purchase there. Only plants I'll buy in Salem!!

An employee was very rude to my children and screamed at them causing everyone to stop and look. My children were sitting on the bench watching the fish. I called to speak with a manager and she had the phone in her heard cursing about my children and lying to either the owner or manager. I heard her laughing about the situation in the background. The older woman carried around the phone and talked to random people in the background, laughed, and joked about the situation that happened. The lady was annoyed at the fact that my kids were there to begin with. My kids stayed near me the entire time. I never got the opportunity to speak with a manager or owner. But if that’s who she was cursing and lying to while I was Waiting on the phone to speak with them, then there’s nothing they would go about the situation. I’ve been a paying customer for the last 5 years, but I’ll never buy anything here again.

Don’t appreciate my nephews and niece being yelled at by one of the employees there. Very unprofessional. I worked in customer service for 5+ years and I don’t put my nose in parent’s businesses who are trying to shop, leave it up to parents. You aren’t their mom or dad. Worry about working while you’re clocked in.
