We've been going to the other location for years but with a recent move this one is closer. The staff here is really great. The scorching sun of July 2026 killed our hydrangeas on the 45 minutes drive home in the back of our truck. We brought them back the next day and they replaced them at no cost when I definitely should have been more careful. Really terrific place with tons of options for landscaping. This will be ther only place we ever go now.

Update: a team member did just reach out to me. Her name was Holly and she was very kind. She understood where I was coming from with the confusion of the signage, coached the team member and explained that typically there wouldn’t be push back when there is that level of confusion. I was refunded the 25% and she even threw in the butterfly bushes. Excellent customer care from Holly. After today I am done with cross creek. I used to love this place. I’ve spent $100s there. The first straw was bulk ordering compost which arrived with debris like glass, plastic, even nails in it. The last straw was today. They have a sign that says 25% off ALL… I repeat.. ALL perennials. I rack up $140 worth of plants and the young girl that checked me out says… oh sorry, only 10G perennials. Not perennial herbs or perennial shrubs. I pushed back and she doubled down “that’s what I was told”. It left a very bad taste in my mouth. This is classic false advertising. I asked another older employer who agreed with me, that it should be 25% off all of my perennials. Of course she went to tell the younger girl and the younger girl continued to push back. I never got the discount. After being a customer for years I’ll never go back. If $30 is worth losing a long time customer, I wish this business luck.

I visited Cross Creek twice within a week to purchase some new shrubs. I was very impressed with the large inventory, varieties of shrubs, saw shrubs I had never seen, and the service was outstanding. The signs they have posted on their plants and shrubs are very helpful in making selections without digging into pots to find a small tag and have to look up the information on my phone to know if it would be compatible for my yard. I was helped by Robert yesterday. He was very helpful and polite and and patient with me taking time to make my choices. Thanks, Robert! Last week I was helped by another gentleman, unfortunately I didn't get his name, and he provided me with the same excellent service. Both men picked up and placed the heavy shrubs on my cart. They explained how my delivery would be stored and what to expect upon delivery and installation. This nursery is definitely a 5 star business. Thanks for all your help and I look forward to the delivery and installation of my choices.

So many choices! Indoor and outdoor plants, containers, veggie plants, whatever you want to grow! Helpful employees. I always enjoy visiting Cross Creek. My geraniums did much better last year than my big box store purchases of the past.

Update: visited for perennials yesterday. I found everything I was looking for. The staff were very helpful to show me where things were located. The annual selection was also beautiful and diverse. We were impressed with the quality of the plants we saw. Great variety too.
