Beautiful and neat store

Very sad about my experience at this store. My husband and i drove 2+ hours to see Staunton and found this store. At first i was thrilled because it was filled with all my favorite things. But upon entering no one greeted me. There was maybe 1 other family, and maybe 1 or 2 other people in store. by the time i was ready to check out. The store associate was talking to someone else and had me waiting for a bit. Mind you the store was not busy and i did not get greeted upon entry. I understand if you are busy with a customer. But the entire store was empty except me, the store associate and one other person they were talking to. At least acknowledge my existence!!!! I felt completely ignored at this store and that sucks!! i put the things i wanted back on shelf. And there was more i wanted to buy i just needed to speak to someone! A blanket, prints, trinkets and some plants!!! But i just felt disrespected and ignored. Again, understand you were talking to a customer, BUT ACKNOWLEDGE THE PEOPLE IN YOUR STORE. TELL ME YOULL BE WITH ME A MINUTE INSTEAD OR TURNING YOUR BACK TO ME.

I can not express how much I love this store. The products, the plants, the sensory experiences are SOOO GOOD!! Quality products at very fair price points and always new things rotating through. A must go in Staunton!! I’m obsessed with the candle fragrances offered here!

Had a better selection of plants at the beginning. Lots of expensive knick knacks in here. Wish for more diversity but this is definitely tailored to high end customers.
