Great plants for a pollinator garden. Staff is very helpful

Got the “Jack Frost Blend” to amend my raised beds and am convinced it was chock full of seeds. There are weeds growing everywhere any place I used the blend. Same types of weeds anywhere I used it (in two different locations), and no weeds in any of my other beds or pots. I’m a long time gardener and have gotten bulk soil from several other companies before. I’ve never had this issue until now.

After attempting to find a certain hedge at several places, someone suggested I check with Jack Frost. I called them to see if they carried what I was looking for. Their customer service when I called, and picked up the hedge was excellent. Also, their inventory goes beyond plant material. I am a new customer.

Caused damage to my siding and would not own up to it. No damage was present prior to them coming for the very first time. I'm not trying to get free siding repair on preexisting damage, and it's obvious that the owner was trying to get out of any blame for it. Cancelled services. He offered free grass cutting instead. Honesty is a rare commodity these days.

I’m a home owner and I went there to get a load of sand in my little trailer. The guy operating the loader was not only rude to me when I was trying to park for the load (annoyed I didn’t know exactly where to park) but he proceeded to dump the sand all at once from high up to purposely damage my trailer. I understand they aren’t responsible for the damages, but the fact he did it on purpose really annoys me. They will never see another dollar from me.
