Stopped by to see the market and even in winter it’s adorable. Bought several handmade Christmas ornaments. Trees were beautiful if we lived here that’s where we’d buy our Christmas tree. Friendly staff. Loved it!
I drove a half hour to support a local nursery. Big mistake. They couldn’t be bothered to answer my questions or help me with soil and fertilizer questions. I was pointed to a pile of Miracle Gro bags. Thanks. I could have gone to Walmart if I wanted that, and for half the price. Never again
Excellent service in an incredibly timely fashion. I ordered and paid for a flowering cherry tree on Friday, and on Monday morning it was installed in my front yard in 5 minutes with a crew of 5! I had asked several other landscaping firms since December (6 months ago) to plant a tree for me. None seemed to be able to do this small job, but Coleman came through! Can't say enough about their professionalism and customer service.
Promising but disappointing nursery. This place has a quaint barn as the retail shop with some farm foods for sale. Plants are well displayed and in good shape. Unfortunately, the selection is quite limited to the most popular plants. Normally, only one variety of a plant type is available. They have a fairly decent selection of larger plants (4-6 foot) and trees but again limited by varieties. So much potential. I suppose this is limited by current shopper volume. Very limited hours, particularly on weekends. Limited staff. Often only one retail clerk running the cash register. Prices are on the high side. What is it with the lack of quality nurseries in the Williamsburg area? Landscaping is also available.
