About the Nursery

Ornamental Perennial Specialty Nursery. Top products: Hellebores, Trilliums, Spring ephemerals, Garden plants. Old Goat Farm was an ornamental plant nursery located in Orting, Washington, established in 2005 by Greg Graves and Gary Waller. The founders, who previously gained acclaim for their award-winning garden design on Capitol Hill in Seattle, operated the site as a specialized horticultural destination. The business focused on the cultivation of diverse garden plants, specifically showcasing them within a display garden environment to demonstrate their quality and placement potential. Their horticultural practice emphasized the propagation of niche botanical varieties, including hellebores, trilliums, and various spring ephemerals. Rather than mass production, the nursery focused on small-batch cultivation of well-grown specimens intended for plant enthusiasts. The operation served both as a retail outlet for rare garden plants and a demonstration garden for horticultural excellence. Although the business has since ceased operations, its legacy remains rooted in professional garden design expertise and a commitment to high-quality ornamental perennials.

I came all that way to go there and they told me I couldn't have my small calm dig there. They should of posted that on their website or on their gates. I felt very unwelcome there.
