I do not recommend that they require a license, I only need to buy some plants, I just need to see my beautiful garden and they did not sell me the plants.

My experience is those who 5-star this nursery are a narrow niche that tick all the perfect boxes. And the 1-star ratings are those professionals that may need a little help navigating the yard, whether language barrier or otherwise. Expecting a perfect botanical name, genus, variety, etc is good. It's also reasonable that any professional nursery understands the common names of these plants, because, well, not everyone is as perfect as them. It really shouldn't be so hard, but I've seen it as well. Lots of elitist attitude here. If you're in the group, they love you. If not, they're rude. That's why you see the variation in reviews. I haven't bought from them as their prices are very high comparatively. I won't buy from them as I've seen how they treat people.

One of my favorite nurseries to personally pull plants for our landscape construction projects. Inventory is easy to find, doesn’t require hiking (or driving) across acres of greenhouses, and the people are helpful. Thank you Laura and team
