I would have given them a five star rating but they didn't offer much advice when I asked to do with the long roots growing from the root ball from a tree that had been growing there for 2 years. And they also have a credit card surcharge. Moral of the story is: I got the tree in the ground no problem even though they made fun of the truck I was using to haul it. And the credit card surcharge will screw them at least somewhat financially in the long run. Moral of the story is: Don't charge a credit card surcharge. It's part of doing business. Don't assume that your customers can't plant their own trees. This root ball is significantly smaller than other ones that I've planted by myself. I was able to easily walk it off the tailgate of my truck and straight into the hole. 🙄
