I want the Program Managers and other DNR management to know the caliber of field folks they have running the show onsite at Webster Nursery. I've been working with DNR/Webster for a few years now, and as good as they were before, that with the staff changes in the last couple of years they are now EVEN BETTER. The Operarions Manager ( I think Kathryn) went above and beyond to help us to acquire our seedling order even though we apparently had some communication issues (likely an issue on my end). Knowing the long journey we had made, Kathryn and her team went out of their way to work through the issues and really came through for us. Even though it was and inconvenience for them, end of day, and a mistake made likely on my part. As a Project Mananager I know how difficult it can be to find a " quality" field team. I would have given my left arm to have folks on my projects that were even half this dedicated and conscientious as this team AND MANAGER are. I hope the Directors and Program Managers ect. for DNR know how fortunate they are to have all these folks on staff as it was a team effort to work this out and very much appreciated. Thank you!
