Beautiful gardens, planting fields. Chad was fantastic to work with. Took time to teach us and to dig up some irises for our purchase. Would highly recommend visiting. Thanks Chad.
What a wonderful place to visit, the owners were incredibly kind and generous with their time, they answered all our questions and allowed us to explore their beautiful gardens. We learned so much. Highly recommend.
The gardens are beautiful and well-tended. On the "flip side", this is definitely not a tourist attraction. It is marked only by a tiny sign that is easily missed from the highway. While open to the public, it is clear that few visitors are expected. The parking area (near the barn) holds three cars, at most. One very clean porta-potty is serviced weekly. We'd planned to purchase at least one iris, but didn't. We were reluctant to knock on the door of an obviously private residence, and there was no sign of human activity on the property. We drove from the Seattle area, based on a Seattle Times story. The gardens didn't justify the trip. It appears that this is a hobby-turned-sideline business.
We were there on opening day. A beautiful garden with beautiful Iris beds. We were a little early for all the blooms but took some great photos of the ones already in their glory. Thank you Chad.. it was wonderful to meet you. Good luck with your venture.
