I love Roots Nursery, these people take great heed to take care of their plants and keep them in the utmost of health, as well as offering a wide variety of products and decent prices. I would have given five stars if it was a place I could have gotten lost in but it isnt the biggest nursery, still it is quite respectable and the people are great!
Very huge and nice collection with equally rude staff.
I had such a good experience here after not having been there for several years. I joked that they just needed my paycheck direct deposited into their account because I went first thing in the morning on Saturday and then back again a few hours later for some more plants. A super knowledgeable woman, I believe her name was Amanda (?), was so accommodating and helpful. I was able to ask her where a specific variety of bush was and she helped me locate those and then I showed her a picture of a spot off my porch where I wanted a windbreak and she had great suggestions on what to put there. I also bought all of my plants for my planters as well and they were half the cost of Country Farm and Garden, where I usually go, but I just couldn't wrap my mind around their prices this year. If you want expertise and great customer service from start to finish, this is the place to go!
First time there. Great place and a great selection. Online said pond plants but once I was there they informed me not until Mother's Day. Not a huge deal. I'll just be back. Worth the visit!
Friendly knowledgeable staff. They have a nice selection of plants, seeds, bulk soil and rock. It's still a bit early for the more tender veggies.
