Plants weren’t as healthy looking as years before. Greenhouses aren’t labeled where stuff is.

This greenhouse is HUGE. They have a lot of different plants/succulents to choose from. The cat on site, Teddy, is also a sweetheart 😍 The only 'con' I had was that there weren't many tags in anything, letting you know what they are/need. (i dont have a green thumb at all. I just went with a friend) Overall, it's a super cool place with variety, and the prices didn't seem bad at all.

I've been visiting this greenhouse for 20+ years. For several years, probably 10+, I've purchased ALL of my geraniums here, which is a purchase of 25 geraniums, along with many other perennial and annual flowers, veggies, and herbs. I've tried many different colors and varieties of geraniums over the years, and my absolute favorite is Dynamo. I always get 6 pink and 19 dark red. Many years, I've had to ask specifically for them because, for whatever reason, they don't always have them out. They've always either gone and gotten them for me, or even let me in the back "employee only" greenhouses to retrieve them, even during COVID. Went there today, and the checkout person said, "If we have them, they're out there!" I stated, "Many times they haven't had them out, and they get them out for me or just let me get them?" She said, "Well, we're not doing that today!" I mean, if you're no longer growing this variety, thats fine, I would have been happy to select something else! However, I'm sure Ivy Trails, Schroeder's, Kailhofer's, or even Steins will be delighted to help me purchase 25 geraniums and find a variety I love! You just lost a longtime, loyal customer, and I'm sure you probably don't care a bit!! Zero customer service equals zero sales!!
