My dad was asking for help on what soil to use and plant food. One worker called another worker to help and she was nice. Then I asked where certain plants were and the staff did not help find things and just told us to look for the scientific name of the plant outside and it is organized in alphabetical order. The customer service was not good and the staff were not helpful or friendly.

Very disorganized seed area, plants were in poor shape and was unable to find help locating plants. I expected better from Jungs, a well know WI business.

There is a large selection. I'd say, unless you're a regular, the place is quite confusing. We stumbled around just browsing for some unusual plants to add to our collection. Luckily during checkout a woman asked if we seen the pitcher plants they had. We didn't see them, I purchased one, wish I'd had rescued the other. But, I did manage to walk away with a beautiful hanging pot pither plant and a small, recovering, potted pitcher plant that was dried out to near death.
