Roots On 9th

Picked flowers up the morning of mother’s day. 67 dollars for these and a small cake. Bummer that they were dead!

Roots made me the most beautiful orchid arrangement today, looks just like the photo!

We were extremely disappointed with Roots on 9th. We ordered an orchid arrangement for our sister that will be having surgery. The plant arrived but only contained one orchid, not two like their website picture. It also did not contain the stone around the plant like the website picture. Lastly, the roots were sticking out. Upon reaching out to Roots on 9th, they replied that the website states that products may vary from the images. They offered that our sister could drive to their store, and they will add stone to the container. What a ridiculous response! Right, someone needing surgery is supposed to drive to the store to partially correct the store's error. When I shared my candid reply back to the store, they finally agreed to include a 2nd orchid and the proper stone. They arrived later that day. The 2nd orchid has no flower and is basically a stick. Stone was added. The person was EXTREMELY rude. We will never use Roots on 9th again, and I strongly advise others to look elsewhere. Buying flowers should not be this painful and complicated. Our sister laughed when she saw the original plant, and it was a struggle filled with frustration to get partial resolution. The worst part is we had stayed at their Airbnb previously right behind the store while visiting family. See the attached pictures and judge for yourself.

Could not recommend this place enough for wedding or prom bouquets!! Everyone is super friendly including the cats!! The green house is amazing too! I can’t wait to come back!

Picked up a last minute Christmas centerpiece for my Mom today, they stopped and made it for me and helped entertain my kiddos while we waited with the greenhouse cats. Gorgeous centerpiece! Thank you so much!
