OMG This is my 3rd home with new landscaping. I would never use this company again. My builder recommended them, but I do not. I repeat, do use this contractor. I will have to hire another to dig out my $30,000 landscaping job and redo it. I have nothing growing but dirt. I’m done with this company. It’s been a year and still don’t have a lawn. Good luck to anyone who picks this company.
I've been using BHN for 15 years ever since my husband and I moved to the Falls. It seems every year the healthy selections has gone downhill. Even more the customer service. We had landscaping done last year, 6 bushes died, there policy stated something about 2 of them not being replaceable. 4 replaced and again 4 died. Laurie B, the lady we worked with us, was not customer friendly at all. Never got a text or call regarding when their team was showing up. Also because we were so close to the center, we were the last stop and the team would sit in our yard hanging out for an hour before the work was started. Worst service I've received in a long time.

There are too many negatives to want to visit this nursery again. Staff is almost nonexistent and not helpful and in some cases is rude and has no sense of customer service. Worst of all their plant material quality is poor. These plants are so pot bound you can barely pull the container off the roots. I wouldn’t be surprised if they’re carrying these containers year after year after year. Looks like I’ll be sticking with Johnsons, Minors and Stein’s after all
Disappointed with their customer service. Asked for some help with hanging baskets and four employees remained in the gazebo and only two stated their plants are easy to grow. No additional help or explanation. I walked out and went to another nursery which I found very helpful and knowledgeable.
