Absolutely Pathetic – Hope They Go Out of Business Dropped $200 on 12 Northwind switchgrasses from this joke of a nursery. None came up this year. ZERO. Dead sticks. Meanwhile, the 4 I got from Steins? Thriving. Gorgeous. So no, it’s not me it’s them. Called to see if they’d make it right. Spoiler: they wouldn’t. The woman on the phone couldn’t have cared less. Stuck hard to their pathetic 3-month warranty like it was carved in stone. No empathy. No flexibility. No offer to help. Just a smug, dismissive attitude that screamed: “Not our problem.” Typical boomer mentality. This place is the definition of a hack operation. Everything I’ve ever bought here has died. Not one good experience. They clearly don’t care about their customers, just your money. Steins actually sells healthy plants and stands behind what they sell. This dump? Dead inventory and dead service. I sincerely hope this place folds. Do yourself a favor: don’t spend a single dime here. Total garbage.

They have a very good selection and good prices. Most importantly for me is that they have plenty of helpful, knowledgeable staff to help with questions.

Garden Gate Nursery did a fantastic job on a large commercial landscaping project. They removed 1,000 feet of asphalt, replaced it with soil, and planted 150 trees. They provided good design ideas, sourced the materials, and worked with other contractors on the project. The entire Garden Gate crew communicated well, worked hard, and did a very professional job. This was a difficult project and the end result looks fantastic.
