I purchased 9 trees from Arthur Weiler 3 years ago. I did so because they are a local family owned business. All 8 of my black hills spruce trees now have multiple diseases and are dying According to two arborists, Athur Weiler’s staff planted them too low. I called about a month to discuss this with the manager. I sent him the photos that he requested. He called back saying the trees look bad. He said he would be out to look at the trees the following day. Since that phone call he has yet to show up, yet to return my calls and yet to respond to my text messages. I wasn’t looking for anything but the customer service they claim to provide. We could’ve worked something out. To fix the problem I now have to spend $3000 to help the trees survive! Good thing the arborists are willing to testify on my behalf! Totally disappointed. And to think that I referred friends and family after I got my trees.

Been purchasing from Weiler's for over 25 years. Always easy to work with, great quality, and competitive pricing. Arthur puts in the time to make sure everything is the way it should be.
