About the Farm

Year-round indoor vertical farm. Top products: premium lettuce, leafy greens, herbs. Anchorage Greens is a year-round indoor agricultural operation based in Anchorage, Alaska, utilizing proprietary growing systems to maximize output while minimizing resource inputs. The farm focuses on a direct-to-consumer model, primarily distributing produce through a weekly subscription service known as the Greens Bag. Their production philosophy centers on sustainability, utilizing non-GMO seeds and strictly pesticide-free methods to ensure high-quality, fresh harvests. First time there 1/9/26. Love this place. Kind and helpful. And, I'll definitely try a gallon of lemon water a day 🙂

Treat yourself. If you love fresh greens, this business is a must. Since joining, my lettuce/greens consumption has increased dramatically. It tastes wonderful and I eat everything without it going bad (well, 95% of the time). Those two statements make this worthwhile to me. Every week, all year long, I get the freshest greens in Anchorage. I get two lettuce, one leafy green (like chard or bok choy), and one spice (like basil, mint, or shizo). Nice business. Supports other businesses on site (mushrooms, kraut, kombucha) and has pleasant staff.
