I order the Arizona Microgreens produce through my CSA at Blue Sky Organic Farms. I have tried the Wellness Mix, the Micro Mix (love the peppery taste) and the Micro Salad. They are all wonderful and have a great shelf life in my fridge. I have never tried them in smoothies because we eat them fresh before we even think about a smoothie. They are wonderful with red leaf in a salad but better on their own. Keep up the great growing! It is so nice to have local company to support that cares about being organic and produces healthy greens.
