I have been working with Micro roots for years since they first started. I was the Chef at S3 right away Luis understood what I was looking for when it came to micros, the quality is outstanding! The pic of the red vein sorrel is from over 3 weeks ago it’s been in my walk in And still looks amazing I have chef mix from 3 weeks ago that looks crisp and fresh I am beyond astonished! This is only possible because it’s in a super stable walk in! But regardless they are beyond on point! Local fresh and the best customer service around town! Over 9 years of service and experience!

These guys are awesome, check out their you tube videos, I’m located in Michigan and I called to get some advice on setting up my indoor microgreen farm and they answered my call and were super helpful.
