I love that these microgreens are so fresh. Much fresher than anything you can find in the grocery store. I have tried both the mild and spicy mixes and they're all wonderful. I mostly put mine on sandwiches/burgers and salads. But there are so many ways to use them. I think it's especially great for people who need the nutrition but are not big on eating a huge amount of vegetables to get it.
