Met James at the Downtown Lakeland farmer’s market and he’s such a cool guy! We talked for quite a while and he educated me on what microgreens are and how they’re packed with nutrition. He seems very passionate about his profession and he’s just a really genuine guy. I ended up purchasing a grow kit with a beautiful white pot and three packs of seeds (I chose chamomile, fennel, and peppermint, and he threw in a lemon mint for free!). My saplings are already sprouting beautifully just a few days later! In return for the conversation, he also threw in a pack of basil microgreens (so yummy and full of flavor)! I would definitely buy from them again and I can’t wait to visit James at the farmer’s market again!

Thanks to james ànd Lisa Welsh for changing the way I feel,my health my energy levels are substantial unbelievable. I will never again eat a salad mix from a store . I will only buy from vitality farms
