SGreat microgreens! Freshly harvested and delivered same day. Superb quality, organic, crisp and delicious. I use in salads, generous garnishes, even on my breakfast plates. I’ve learned that microgreens is a small leaf necessary side on the plate, rather than a garnish. Highly recommended. I love that I can pre order, as well as add to my order when needed. I am absolutely addicted to these microgreens! I add them to everything! They are less money than at most retail locations and they are DELIVERED to my door, fresh! The best part? Dealing with George and Sara! I have been struggling with health issues and they have been so accommodating and communicative with placing orders on hold, etc. Keep in mind, when you place your order, they actually grow the greens to fulfill your order, so definitely try not to cancel at the last minute. I have purchased surplus greens form them when I didn't have an order placed and it was nice to have that option, too! My favorite is recipe is chickpea salad (omni's can do tuna!) stuffed into a pita with any assortment of the microgreens and some pickled red onions. I use Wickles Wicked Hula (pineapple) relish instead of any type of mayo with the chickpeas for taste and moisture. The greens last a full two weeks in my fridge but are often gone before then!
I am so thankful for my weekly delivery of fresh nutrient-dense sprouts from St. Pete Microgreens. The sprouts have helped me keep on track on my diabetic diet. Their customer service is superb. I highly recommend this company! 👍👍👍👍👍
