The quality of these micro greens from Something Better with Beth is above any other that I've used in a restaurant kitchen. I tried a variety of micro greens before I landed on the mix that I use here at JK O'Donnell's. But the flavors and colors of everything I tried were so good. They last for awhile in the cooler on and don't lose any texture or flavor after a week. I highly recommend the products.

Meeting with Beth earlier this year, we here at Proximo set out to utilize SBWB microgreens to help elevate our dishes for the restaurant. Her products are fresh, consistent, and have a long shelf life that helps give our menu items and weekly features a brighter, fresher pop. Could not recommend enough! 10/10. These microgreens are phenomenal! You can tell the attention and care she puts into them just by the fact that they last longer than a week. The flavors really come through too, not just a garnish but an addition to your flavor profile on every plate. Beth is also fantastic to work with and you can tell she loves what she does.
