Green Village Farm’s salad mix was the perfect finishing touch to the chickpea curry I made (recipe below!). The microgreens added a fresh, flavorful crunch and a big nutritional boost. Such an easy and delicious way to level up any meal. I will be getting more soon! Chickpea Spinach Curry Ingredients 1 yellow onion diced 3 cloves garlic minced 2 tbsp curry powder 1 tsp cumin ½ tsp turmeric ½ tsp paprika ¾ tsp salt 1 can crushed tomatoes 15 oz 1 can coconut milk 13.5 oz 1 can chickpeas drained and rinsed 1 tbsp almond butter optional 1 handful spinach Preparation In a pan over medium heat, add the onion and olive oil. Stir until fragrant, approximately 3 minutes. Next, add the garlic, curry powder, cumin, turmeric, paprika and salt. Stir until fragrant, approximately 5 minutes. Add the crushed tomatoes, coconut milk, chickpeas and almond butter. Bring to a simmer, then lower the heat, and cook on low for 6 to 8 minutes, until everything is combined and warm. Stir in the spinach until it is wilted. Serve with fresh cilantro and naan bread as desired.

I work at a retailer where these micro greens are sold at. I was hesitant at first because I’m a big fan of vegetables. But omg these greens are surprisingly sooooo tasty! 10/10 would recommend! Easy and fast, convenient source of nutrients!

Those micro greens are a MUST for everyone who loves delicious, healthy and sustainable food! My favorite is the broccoli, it is so tasteful and goes with bread, in salads, or as a topping on almost anything you can imagine, like baked potatoes, soups, steak … no limits for you imaginations! And the bonus is, they don’t only taste so good, they look super fancy as well. Especially the peas! They really look like they are from an illustration of a book of fairytales :-) I love the fact, that they are full of vitamins, minerals and anti-oxidants. Even the kids like them a lot, they sometimes just eat them plain out of the box! Green Village Farms does a great job on sustainability, they use mats to grow the greens on, that are 100 % compostable. The way that Green Village Farms grows their greens, is round, it’s delicious, fresh, healthy, fancy and sustainable.

I have colitis so there is a lot of greens that I cannot eat because the enzymes and or materials used to grow the greens tear up my stomach. then I end up with stomach issues. I’ve had these greens on six different occasions now. Each time it’s mixed with a smoothie, putting them on soup or just a regular salad and it has not hurt my stomach. Furthermore they taste really really good. I have a very discriminating palette and many times these greens taste like dirt or they’re not as supple these greens even feel better in your hands. I cannot stress enough the quality of these greens compared to all the others on the market try it and you’ll know.
