Today was a Fermenting For Life Class held at Sweet Peas Urban Garden. We learned a lot from our instructor, had a sample tasting and each participant created 3 jars of their own vegetables or fruits to take home, ferment and enjoy. A wonderfully welcoming group in a sustainable farm setting with nutritious gardens, gorgeous chickens and a micro greens container that I plan on returning to for a mini tour and to buy some micro greens. Thank you Sweet Peas for this yummy, healthy, farm fermentation experience!

We attended the fermentation class today and it was fantastic. Great knowledge shared in a relaxed, yet organized environment. I will definitely be watching the website for more classes and activities at Sweet Peas Urban Garden!
