I've tried a few local microgreen places but these guys are hands down the best. Like, it's not even close. Their microgreens last longer, have a bright flavor profile, and their mixes manage to be distinct while still complimenting other dishes fantastically. Prices are usually better than other options. I have some rude allergies, and the option to custom order some microgreens helps me a lot. It's also just nice to have some really tasty options to shore up my nutritional needs. I love the spicy mix especially, since I can't have peppers but I do miss the heat. I love the cantaloupe sprouts as well, because they really do taste like tiny mild cantaloupes. These guys are at the farmers market from time to time, so say hi and give them a try.
