I have recently discovered these microgreens and fell in LOVE. I get them from hy-vee in papillion and they always taste fresh and pack so much flavor that you almost forget they’re healthy too. So happy to support a local business with such a great product!
Big Prana has been nourishing my body and mind for years now! So much love for this veteran family owned small business. They supply the micros for my restaurant and provide excellent customer service and communication. Always freshly harvested, beautiful greens grown with intention. My favorites include Sweet Sunseed, Brassica Trio and Broccoli. Our kitties love their pet grass!
Bought some microgreens (market mix) from Hy-vee after hearing about this place on a news story. Oh my God they are SO good. Really fresh and the sprouts taste very much like their full grown counterparts (peas, radishes etc). And while I like them raw I found them to be even better sauteed - finish with a little butter and soy sauce. Heaven!!!
You can tell the care, love and attention to quality they put into this product. The packaging is cute and fun as well. The greens look so delicious and just beg for you to eat them.
