I was able to see their vertical farming operation and the innovation in this company is really something to keep an eye on.with the ever changing climates Philly Micro Greens is able to grow anything at anytime of year. I think that is so cool. The variety and nutrition value of their micro greens is awesome and im finding more and more ways to use them in my everyday life
I had a chance to try the mustard leaf micro green, and DAMN it has changed the way I eat salads!! I've even been known to bring a bag with me when I go out to eat!
I love their microgreens! I first discovered them at Liberty Lands Farmer's Market and became a weekly loyal customer. I recently signed up for residential delivery and I've been very impressed! The owner, Casey, is very hands-on and their products are consistently fresh and delicious. Highly recommend their pea shoots, sunflowers, and DIY grow kits!
