BlooMont Farm

I've been pushing the microgreens agenda for years now, and I have BlooMont Farm to thank for their ever expanding variety of fresh, local, verdant microgreens. Catch them on Saturdays at the Montclair Farmers Market and pick up some broccoli, flax, bok choi, kale, pea shoots, watercress, mustards... the list goes on! Their salads and health shots are also exceptional. Everything is affordable and nutritional. Microgreens can elevate any dish, and I use them when cooking generously and frequently!

Sprouts are incredibly beneficial for health, especially sprouts of cruciferous veggies. I try to grow my own sprouts now and then (in jars), but they are unremarkable and kind of blah. BlooMont farms offers the highest quality and freshest tasting sprouts I'ver ever had. You can eat them in sandwiches, salads, and smoothies. Save the plastic container they give you to use again the next week you buy their superior sprouts!
