Metro Microgreens

Update: as stated in the owner response, they stand by the product and replaced the greens. I opted for those with the longest estimated life and have been okay for the first week. If you're into microgreens or interested in trying, definitely pay them a visit. Stopped at DuPont farmers market and was helped very nicely! The guy helped explain what microgreens are to me and I was able to sample some. They are great, but they mentioned the greens should keep for 2 weeks in the fridge… it’s been 4 days and half of the four types I bought are dead. Disappointed for the price they are but I’m hoping it’s just unlucky. Unfortunately you can’t buy less than 4, but try to use these quicker like within a week.

A must!!! Nutritious and delicious, metro microgreens is the best around!!! A small, local, family owned business that has been around since long before microgreens got “trendy”. They’ve perfected their method and continue to diversify their offerings. Mark, the master gardener is often working the booth at farmers markets - stop by and see him!!!

i will add pictures this saturday when i pickup my two boxes. these are beyond fantastic. you will have the best evacuation the next day! not to be confused or considered sprouts, they are the next living stage so you will avoid the organisms that can make you sick. i always just get a dealers choice mix. add them to anything or just eat em up. pizza, pasta, smoothies, sandwiches. the best quality and such great flavors from produce we know and love. gosh i wish i had pictures to add. i get at the falls church farmers markets saturday morning, but they also have sunday stands in baltimore and dupont circle. cant say enough about the quality this microgreens will bring to your life.
