Southwest Mushrooms

DO NOT ORDER from them. I have ordered from SM in February 2026 (4 digital items) and not even now have I received one of the digital products priced the highest in my order (149 USD - Southwest Mushrooms Playbook × 1). After repeated attempts to contact them and reporting them to BBB, what they did was to set the product in the Shopify order as completed. Based on this action, I received an email on 17.03.26 that the product is on its way but after that silence. On BBB site, there are other complains about this company. I hope at least after this review, Michael will deliver the product or refund the money. One more thing: the email address indicated for contact on the website bounces back (delivery failure).

SCAM I saw the comments filled with red flags and thought it wouldn’t happen to me… I bought products, didn’t get them, no follow up, no answer, it’s been over 3 months of calls, emails and texts unanswered.

SCAM ALERT At first it all seemed fine, we paid for a consultancy spanning 6 weeks with a weekly session. He was there for the first, left me waiting on the second, rescheduled and then stopped answering mail, messages, calls for 3 months. After 3 months he answered again as if nothing happened, I gave him a second chance, paid for strains, the strains were never delivered, again he stopped answering calls, mails and messages. THIS IS A SCAM as you can read from all the other comments, this guy has been doin this to people for some time now, be kind to yourself and just look for someone else who can deliver. Update: I have just received messages from Michael threatening me because of this review.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I usually check reviews before i order, but this one got by me. They seemed so reputable, but after reading the comments, i can just kick myself! I ordered product from this company on Feb 25, 2026, and i have not received tracking nor product. I ordered a set of tinctures. I don't even want them anymore. I was going to order growing kits from them, but if I can't get an order fulfilled, I can't trust this business to deliver anything else! I have been watching and admiring this company for years, such a disappointment. I called, emailed, made a a comment in their YouTube and Instagram, still nothing.

I don't know why so many reviews are so angry... I had such a great experience here. About 2 years ago I bought lions mane from here and grew some of the most fascinating, healing, medicine I've ever seen. It really helped a friend with depression. I owe that greatly to the business here. Unless something major has changed, I saw an incredible operation with organization, cleanliness, and attention to detail. It was hard to find people at first because everyone was busy in the grow area, but not a big deal. You people need to chill out! I enjoyed the chats with the front lobby guys, very insightful.
