Best source for culinary/functional mushrooms in Denver. I’ve known this business and its people since the debut, and I couldn’t recommend it more :) they work so hard and their mushrooms are divine ♥️ We’re so excited for market season to start up again so we can stock our fridge on the regular (we didn’t get in on the subscription this winter but I sure wish we had). ALSO, FCF is in so many great restaurants around Denver. Proud of y’all!!

FCF rules! Top notch top quality. If you love mushrooms and live in Denver, get your butt to City Park or Pearl street market. Or better yet, sign up for their fantastic winter CSA and get mushrooms all year long.

We are incredibly grateful to First Class Fungi for their generosity and support of The Other Side Academy, a residential nonprofit that helps people struggling with addiction and currently houses 80 students. They provided us with King Oyster and Blue Trumpet mushrooms, and both varieties cooked up absolutely delicious. The quality was excellent, and our community truly enjoyed them. A special thank-you to Lexx, who went above and beyond by personally stopping by our house, taking a tour, and taking the time to learn more about our program and mission. That level of care and genuine interest means more than words can express. We have the utmost gratitude for First Class Fungi and highly recommend them—not only for their amazing products, but for their heart and community involvement.

Amazing Mushrooms. Bought some at a farmers market and cooked them to go with some steaks. We enjoyed the mushrooms more than the steaks. We will be back for more!

Matt and Lex, Thank you for the oyster mushrooms!! They were delicious! Cooked them down with onions and a peach from the farmers market and made mushroom melts with cheese curds and parmesan and herbs on sourdough bread also from the market. Truly a delicious summertime meal! Thank you 😊
