What's the policy if you order a flow hood to be delivered and it shows up broken? Esp if it's broken in a way that's unlikely to be from the delivering process itself?

Our flow hoods come in very good packaging, and we haven’t had an issue with one arriving broken so far. That being said, if for any reason yours does arrive damaged, please feel free to reach out—we’ll make it right. Let us know if you have any other questions!

My products came in on time and it was packaged properly and was able to go straight to first process very easily and I was worried about me leaving in Oklahoma but had no trouble and product worked great working on my next process to my shrooms. Our local supplier couldn't keep up with demand and it's great to have a new supplier with great prices better than what I'm getting locally have a blessed day 🙏

This place is like the local neighborhood mycology shop where you can get all the information and supplies you need. I think Dillon has taken care of my order half the time I visit. Basically, everyone is incredibly helpful. They even offer free classes periodically.
