White Oak Mushrooms

I get these every Sunday at the Clermont Farmers Market! I especially love the jar of pickled lions mane and peppers, and the oyster mushrooms. I’m a customer for life!

I picked up some lion’s mane mushrooms because they looked absolutely stunning, even though I wasn’t sure how to prepare them. I decided to try Lefty’s Spices Fish n’ Chicken mix, and they turned out delicious! The owners were incredibly friendly and full of great information. I’m looking forward to seeing them in Lakeland this weekend to grab some more.

Owners are fantastic. They are usually at the Market in Lakeland, FL every Saturday. Beautiful mushrooms that are always in perfect condition. With many varieties, if you're not familiar with what to get, they will happily give you some guidance.

I don't know if they are still open or not. I just went over there. No signs, just an electrical fence.

I bought a big box for my CSA for $50. They were the best mushrooms we have seen and tasted. The box had blue oyster, chestnut, black pearl, and lions mane.
