About the Farm

Specialty gourmet mushroom farm. Top products: Blue Oyster Mushrooms, Lion's Mane Mushrooms, King Oyster Mushrooms. Dunk's Mushroom Products & Foraging LLC, situated in Brentwood, New Hampshire, operates as a comprehensive mycological enterprise. The business functions as a licensed food processing facility, a retail storefront, and an educational hub for mushroom enthusiasts. Dunk's specializes in the indoor cultivation of diverse gourmet species, including various Pleurotus strains such as Blue, Yellow, King, and Black Pearl Oysters, alongside specialized crops like Lion's Mane, Shiitake, Pioppino, and Maitake. Their operations are designed to provide a consistent, year-round supply of fresh, locally grown culinary mushrooms to both individual retail customers and wholesale partners, including regional farms and local distribution networks. Beyond pure cultivation, the company positions itself as an active resource for the community, offering an event and learning center that underscores their commitment to mycology education. By integrating production with direct-to-consumer sales and food-grade processing, they maintain a vertically integrated model that ensures high-quality standards and logistical reliability for their regional culinary markets.

Mushrooms fresh and lovely. Superior service with a warm touch. Tried the spiced pear kombucha as well and it was ridiculous. Great prices on tinctures!

Amazing variety of fresh mushrooms, today we saw lions mane, blue oyster, yellow oyster, chestnuts, one that looked like cauliflower and more. All in beautiful clumps just picked. Plus many mushroom products - frozen prepared mushroom dishes, chocolates made with mushrooms. Wonderful friendly staff, and if you're lucky enough to run into Dunk himself you will learn so much more about mushrooms (should have asked about the cauliflower ones). Guaranteed you will leave with a huge smile on your face. Sign up for his newsletter on his website and be alerted to dinners and pop ups with local chefs cooking with his mushrooms.

This place was so cool! When I first walked in, I saw the cooler with different prepared items made from the mushrooms they grow/get. There were pot pies and soups made with different types of mushrooms and combinations of mushrooms. They all looked delicious. Next to that was dried mushroom powders and other mushroom products. (I can't wait to try all of these). The real treasure is at the end of the short hall. The fresh mushrooms. Yellow oyster, blue oyster, chestnut, and lion's mane are what I brought home. There were one or two other offerings, but I wanted to wait on those for my next visit. From what I understand, the selection changes, so be prepared to be flexible, but make sure you find the time for a visit and get your fresh mushrooms directly from the grower.

I’ve been sourcing locally grown and foraged mushrooms from Dunks for almost a decade now. Unmatched product and customer relations. Incredibly knowledgeable owner and chef. They host small mushroom inspired dinners that are absolutely phenomenal. Could not recommend Dunk’s enough!
