So thankful to have met this vendor and received some of his products and expertise. As beginner gardeners, we tried to set realistic expectations for our first harvest but have been blown away by the way every plant has taken off. We fully credit the mushroom compost and soil! He was more than generous with his time and supplies, and we are grateful for the leg up on our garden. Highly recommend checking them out!

All of his mushrooms are beautiful and very tasty, I love the chestnut mushrooms in particular sautee them in butter, olive oil, garlic / onions, spinach over white rice or add thinly sliced chicken breast. They also pair well with wild rice. The lion mane are very good I usually either shred them until they look like fine hairs and sautéed them, add them to a salad, or sauces. fry them like steaks as a veggie meal. The vendor loves to share information, receipes about mushrooms he is very well informed about his product.
What Beautiful Lions Main Mushroom. So this guy, 🙄didn't catch his name was at the Veterans hospital. VERY Knowledgeable. Went out of his way to answer all my questions despite the crowd he had looking to buy. Cannot wait to make crab cakes. UPDATE 10/21. Made crab cake. PHENOMENAL!!!!!
Look at these Shiitake mushrooms! These Shiitakes are as delicious as they look! While working at the VA, a local Mushroom Farmer was there selling an assortment of different mushrooms. Thank you Donald for sharing your knowledge and also the recipe. My husband kept eating them before I could get them in the soup. This soup was incredible.
